The Strategic Finance Team is well established and respected by Members and officers. In recent years we have delivered major improvements to financial reporting, monitoring and to the Oracle IT system. We have supported, and driven, cultural change across the organisation, improving cost consciousness and the ownership, accountability and empowerment of budget holders at all levels.
With major improvements embedded, we are now moving into a continuous improvement phase to build on our successes and support the service directorates and other corporate functions to drive forward further improvements in value for money.
It is a great time to join Croydon and be a significant contributor to further improvements in service delivery and financial sustainability.
